Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Johnyy Clothing Shop purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached and unworn
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on scarves & wild rags and footwear that show signs of wear. All sales on these items are final unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Information
