Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached and unworn. Please note:
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request using the template below.
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Wait for processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed. Shipping for exchanges is free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may take longer to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
